矿用钢丝绳损伤定量识别技术应用研究

摘要:

针对矿用提升钢丝绳缺陷检测的实际需要提出钢丝绳无损检测方法,检测系统通过提取损伤信号特征量,进行定量识别,提出基于最小二乘法的定量识别技术。经大量测试和实验表明:所研究开发的缺陷信号分析处理系统基本实现钢丝绳的无损检测,其信号分析处理结果也与钢丝绳实际故障情况基本符合,具有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:

This research put forward the steel wire rope detection system for the actual need of mining hoist. The detection system by extracting the damage signal characteristic value, quantitative identification, and the least squares curve fitting was fitted on to quantificationally analyze the flaw signals.Plenty tests and experiments show that the signal analysis and processing system can implement the aim of nondestructive detection, and the results of signal analysis and processing accord with the actual faults,it is feasible in the practical application.
